A woman wrote who was distressed. She had six dogs and many other companion animals. After she'd let the indoors cats outdoors, one was killed by one of her many family dogs.

Owner wrote: "Sophie doesn't show any aggression toward me unless my husband is home and this usually occurs on the sofa or if she has something of his that she doesn't want to give up, like socks."

Hi Friends,
Here are some explanations of what we mean by the term "leadership," or "be a leader for your dogs." I know that I want dog owners to be benevolent leaders. So Let's think about the actual relationship between owner and dog, and strive to work to think of of dog and owner as a team as we build a working partnership. That's what I mean when I speak of a Non-Confrontational Program.
